Vision and Values
Vision
As a school, we have reflected on what our mission, "Growing Together in Faith and Understanding," means to our community.
Children, staff, governors and parents were invited to share their thoughts and aspirations for our school. Their contributions were brought together to create a shared vision for Our Lady of the Rosary.
A key theme that emerged from this process was the belief that spiritual growth and academic growth go hand in hand throughout school life. We recognise that nurturing the whole child enables every pupil to flourish, grow in faith, and achieve their full potential.
Values
In September 2025, as part of our celebrations marking the school's 70th anniversary, the staff and pupils of Our Lady of the Rosary worked together to identify a new set of school values. We chose values that reflect who we are as a school community and guide how we aspire to live, learn and treat others each day.
